Complaints
Any complaints should be made in writing to the postal address or email address shown on this website, giving full details of the complaint and contact details.
Returns
If you decide you no longer wish to keep the goods you have purchased, we will exchange or offer credit vouchers to the value the returned item(s). Goods must be returned at your own expense within 14 days of the dispatch date. Where goods are faulty or sent in error, we will issue a full refund or replacement and refund any postage costs incurred in returning the goods to us, providing they are unopened and unused.
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept any returned goods that have been opened or used, and will not issue a refund, exchange or credit option for these.
We will issue an email to confirm receipt of returned goods and our action taken.
